Our Mission
At Ascend Christian Academy, we strive to equip, support, and encourage parents and engage, inspire and prepare students.
We will use the powerful and proven tools of classical and Christian education in a hybrid school format
About Ascend Christian Academy
What we are
Ascend Christian Academy is a classical Christian hybrid education ministry that offers full time education, part time in school. Students meet in person two days a week and complete the assigned work at home under their parent's guidance- the best of school and home!
We are a resource for families to equip their children to become great thinkers and strong leaders. Our vision is to inspire excellence in education by partnering with parents.
To provide tools for learning that incorporates scripture and focuses on language and mathematical arts.

Ascend Christian Academy is founded by parents and community leaders that believe education is about the formation of a child, not just the transfer of information.
Our desire is to impact our community through impacting families to preserve the God given freedoms we currently have and are fighting to maintain.
The board, administration, faculty and staff shall be committed followers of Christ, teaching and leading from a biblically integrated perspective.
Our Mission and Vision
It is the desire of Ascend Christian Academy to see children develop discernment, wisdom, and knowledge by seeking the truth in all things. To deepen their love of the Lord, their passion for learning, awareness of beauty and strength of character through our program.
God is the original and perfect source of truth and knowledge (Proverbs 2:6) therefore, scripture is integrated into learning experiences.

Why Christian?
- Our goal is to develop students who love the Lord and are equipped to do His work in all fields and all facets of life
Why Classical?
- The world we live in is dynamic, not static. Ironically, the best way to prepare students for an everchanging world is by following an ancient philosophy of education. Classical education believes that by teaching students the grammar or foundation of all subjects, guiding them how to think about those subjects (like a great reader, mathematicians, scientists, artists, authors...) and coaching them on how to articulate themselves well orally and in writing. Students will develop the fortitude and tools to handle the complexity of life.

- The hybrid model provides many benefits such as cost affordability and schedule flexibility that can meet a family's unique needs and address a student's academic and extracurricular demands. it also fosters independent scholarship, provides quality time to tackle challenging, interesting work and gets students out from behind desks eight hours a day, five days a week. Classical Education is the authoritative traditional and enduring form of education, begun by the Greeks and Romans, developed through history and is now being renewed and rediscovered in the twenty first century.
Classical Christion Education Distinctives:

- The Christian mind should be the best mind, enlightened by the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) and one that integrates God’s principles with academic pursuits. The priority is to develop students with a biblical worldview who are well prepared in all academic disciplines with an emphasis on:
- Accurately interpreting the Word of God
- Mastering communication skills
- Showing proficiency in language, mathematics and science
- Understanding history and God’s role in it
- Appreciating literature and the arts
